On Saturday 29th May Hartman will be auctioning off the plants from "A Joy Forever" garden and one or two other things to help raise money for the Amazing Daisy Charity.
The charity raises money for the Great Ormand Street Hospital and Southend Hospital Neptune Ward.
The Chelsea Flower Show was a huge success for Hartman. The sun was shining and the garden lovers of the UK were out in full force. Our "A Joy Forever" Urban Garden was beautiful and won a Silver Gilt Award which we were all thrilled about especially as this was our first time sponsoring a garden.
We would like to say a big "THANK YOU" to Kate Gould, and the guys from The Garden Builders for doing a fantastic job for us.
The Chelsea Flower Show was also the official launch of the Jamie Oliver Fire Pit Set and we are glad to announce that everyone loved it, we ran a competition at the show to win one of the new sets and a lovely lady called Caroline Bromley from Kent was the lucky winner.
At the end of the show we auctioned off the plants from the urban garden and raised £1400 for the Amazing Daisy Charity, so thank you to everyone that helped raise the funds.

Hartman, one of Europe’s largest producers of garden leisure furniture have commissioned the award-winning garden designer, Kate Gould (Kate Gould Gardens) to mark this momentous occasion by presenting Hartman Garden Furniture in a contemporary garden at the 2010 Chelsea Flower Show. Kate Gould, a previous winner of two gold medals, one silver medal and winner of the best chic garden in 2007 and best urban garden in 2009 has created a modern contemporary sunken garden that showcases Hartman’s garden furniture.
"A Joy Forever" garden has been designed with outdoor living in minds and Hartman’s outdoor furniture is the inspiration for this small enclosed sunken garden. It has been designed for a contemporary terraced house perhaps owned by a young couple or a small family who like to use their garden for entertaining and relaxing at all times of the year but who don’t necessarily have a lot of spare time to garden.
As well as the contemporary garden we will also have a trade stand which will showcase Hartman’s new and exciting 2010 40th Anniversary furniture collection.

It's hard to believe, but summer is just around the corner and for 2010, Jamie Oliver has linked up with Hartman to design a very special set of garden furniture. The Jamie Oliver Fire Pit Set will be launched at the Chelsea Flower Show in May and has been developed to be the complete solution for any outdoor occasion.
The Jamie Oliver Fire Pit Set combines a versatile cast aluminium table with a changeable table centre, comprising a grill for cooking, an ice bucket for chilling and when the sun starts to set an integral fire pit for an instant fireplace. Add four deep seated armchairs with soft and comfortable cushions just right for kicking back and relaxing and you have the recipe for a perfect summer day.
Over the last four decades Hartman have led the way in garden furniture design and have developed their own outdoor living culture - one of the reasons why Jamie chose to work with Hartman.
The new set will take pride of place on the Hartman trade stand and we are inviting everyone who attends the show to pop along and try it for themselves, we will also be running a competition to win one of these fantastic new sets.
Hartman will be taking part in the Solex Show at the Telford Exhibition Centre between 5-7th July 2010.
